Our Verdict

The design and atmosphere of the Malabar are very “downtown”. The cooking is outstanding utilizing fresh ingredients from around Peru. One of the best Pisco Sours in town. Great wine list that has breadth and value. If your Spanish is a bit rusty, opt for the menu in English!
