Our Thoughts

We won’t hide the fact that we know Gilles Bellier, the slightly eccentric French owner. He tells us that when he worked in Paris, a buyer from Harrods in London came into his patisserie and was so impressed with his English scone recipe that he bought it from him there and then. Harrods now uses his scone receipt in their famous in store café. Whether the story is true or not, it is certainly true that he has a magical touch when it comes to baking. If you have a sweet or savoury tooth, then go and check out La Boulangerie de Paris in Aguas Calientes. We are hungry just looking at the photos.
