La Casona, a colonial manor house is perhaps one of the first Spanish constructions in Cusco. Centrally located on an Incan settlement near Cusco’s present-day main square, later occupied by the conquistadores of Peru and their descendants. Eleven suites surround a beautiful courtyard, where the patina of time is tastefully preserved. Contemporary amenities create the ambience of comfort and exclusivity enjoyed by residents in centuries past.
Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel and Reserva Amazonica Jungle Lodge are also part of the Inkaterra Group.

Our Thoughts!
La Casona is owned by the very successful Inkaterra Group, who also own the superb Inkaterra Machu Picchu Hotel in Aguas Calientes. This hotel is simply beautiful, from the lobby to the dining area through to each individual room every detail is to a high standard. We here at the Peru Guide would consider one week in this hotel as a vacation on its own, without even visiting Machu Picchu. We love La Casona so much that we are even prepared to put our necks on the line, and say that this is the best hotel in Cusco!
