The wet season in Peru varies depending on where you are. In Cusco the wet season runs from mid October through until April time. This doesn;t mean that it will rain every day! During the wet season there is more chance of rain, and when it does come it is usually heavy, so you need to be prepared with a rain coat.
March time is a great time to travel as most of the rain has passed, and everything is lush and green.
