Can you recommend a good company for travel insurance?

I have just confirmed a trip to Peru in July next year for me and my family. This is a trip of a life time and we have paid quite a lot of money for this trip. We booked directly with a Peruvian tour operator, and I am a little nervous that our money is safe. I would like to cover this trip with comprehensive travel insurance....can you recommend anyone who can do this?

There are many insurance companies out there which offer great travel insurance cover. You didn't mention where you were from? but it is probably best to find a company that is local to you or at least based in your country.

Remember read the terms of the insurance policy thoroughly. You may wish to check that the insurance policy covers the following points.
