Airport to Miraflores

There are several ways to get to Miraflores from Lima airport, however the fastest way is in taxi. There are no train links or obvious busses.
Lima airport is famous for the amount of taxis that pester you as you leave the airport, these taxis are okay, but there have been problems in the past with un-registered drivers robbing passengers en-route. Therefore I recommend that you use the Green Taxi company. As you arrive into the public area of the airport you will see many drivers representing Green Taxis. Make sure that they are official. There are set tariffs to all parts of Lima, and these are displayed along with the drivers registration on the back of the drivers seat.
The airport to Mirafores is 60 Soles. Many drivers do expect a tip, and I see nothing wrong with a tip for good driving!! 10 soles max.
